When sending biological samples to
the Institute for Animal Health they should be packed in accordance with
the attached packing instructions
and MUST be sent by air freight (see also
Collection and Transportation of Specimens
and
Instructions for Collection of Samples).
Each sample should be
accompanied by a completed WRLFMD
Sample Submission Form. The package should be addressed to The Institute
for Animal Health, Pirbright Laboratory, Ash Road, Pirbright, Surrey GU24
0NF. UK.
The package should also be marked "For the
Attention of Moonbridge, Unit 4, Amberley Way, Hounslow, Middx. TW4 6BX"
who are our authorised clearing agents at Heathrow Airport.
When the necessary arrangements have been made to
send the package by air freight please advise Mrs Chris Chisholm (E-mail:
chris.chisholm@bbsrc.ac.uk)
or (Fax: +44 (0)1483 232621) of the flight details, the expected date and
time of arrival and the Air Waybill number. Confirmation of safe receipt
will be sent to you by e-mail or fax as appropriate.
