Molecular epidemiology reports produced by the FAO World
Reference Laboratory for FMD are displayed as pdf files. Currently these are
available for 2005, 2006, 2007,
2008, 2009
and 2010. Click on a world region
and then select a country. Phylogenetic trees contained in these reports should
not be used in publications or on other web-sites without permission. Construction of these pages is still in progress. Many links to countries do not yet work, however, most reports for 2005-2008 are now available. These are mainly in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
